I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the food was impressive with plenty of options and the service from staff like Ozlem was wonderful. However, the overall atmosphere was lackluster, especially during Ramadan, and some facilities felt outdated. There were also issues with communication and cleanliness in certain areas, which dampened my stay.
